In view of our rapid expansion, we are looking for highly motivated, passionate, self-starters to join J Senses International Group Limited.

Receptionist / Customer Services Officer
l At least 1-2 year customer services / front desk services experience
l Form 5 or above
l Good command of spoken English & Cantonese
l Greeting guests and general reception duties
l To achieve the high level of guest satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner
l Handle incoming telephone calls/requires from clients and visitors
l Cashier checkout
l Pleasant personality, mature and able to work under pressure
l Organized, service minded and good communication skills
l Able to carry out activities to support business
l Will be required to operate basic computer software and perform administrative duties
l Able to work shifts, weekend public holidays
l Salary up to HK$23,000 per month

接待員 / 客戶服務主任
• 具1-2年客戶服務或前台經驗
• 接待顧客及為顧客安排電話預約服務
• 與顧客建良好關係
• 收款、出單及埋數
• 保持店鋪環境及設施的整潔度
• 一般文書工作
• 勤奮細心, 有禮, 思維正面, 積極及有團隊精神
• 基本電腦操作
• 輪休
• 月薪連佣金最高可達$23,000
• 中五程度或同等學歷
• 流利廣東話，良好英語優先
